Born in London. Studied Sculpture at St. Martins School of Art in the early 1970’s. He has taught sculpture, drawing and painting at all levels up to M.A and was Senior Lecturer at Chelsea College of Art.
Elected member of The London Group in 1978, also an associate to the Royal Watercolour Society in 2015, became a full member 2017 and served as Vice President of the society 2017-2019.
Exhibits regularly at the RWS, The London Group, Eames Fine Art London, Mandell’s gallery Norwich and Gallery East Woodbridge.
Residencies include, Triangle Workshop, New York. Rochdale Art Gallery. The Lookout Tower, Aldeburgh. Casa Zia Lina, Elba, Italy. Forthcoming at Cill Rialaig, Ballinskellig, Co Kerry.
